The Prokan 78-inch Pro Elite 4B is a massive outdoor grill island, and the first thing that stood out to me was the quality of the materials and construction. This is not a lightweight cart grill. It is designed as a substantial outdoor cooking setup with the grill, countertop, storage and refrigerator built into one package.
Build Quality and Materials
I had high expectations going into this review, but the overall fit, finish and material quality impressed me. The exterior feels substantial and weather-ready, while the countertop is heavy duty, attractive and designed to resist everyday scratches and wear.
The internal cooking components follow the same theme. The firebox, burners, burner covers and available accessories all feel built for long-term use rather than designed to hit the lowest possible price point.
Outdoor Kitchen Features
One of the biggest differences between this and a traditional standalone gas grill is how complete the setup feels. The integrated refrigerator adds real convenience when you are cooking outside, and the illuminated interior gives it a more finished outdoor-kitchen feel.
Cooking Area and Everyday Use
The grill is large enough for entertaining and family cooking without feeling like you need a separate built-in kitchen project. If you want a substantial gas-grill setup but do not want to design an outdoor kitchen one piece at a time, that is where this format makes a lot of sense.
Who Is This Grill For?
This is a premium-priced cooker, so it will not fit every budget. What you are paying for is the combination of grill capacity, materials, storage, refrigerator and the finished island design. For someone already shopping in this category, the construction quality is what helps justify the cost.

Bottom Line
I came away very impressed by the construction and the quality of the materials. It is definitely on the higher end of the market, but buyers shopping for a full outdoor grill island should look at the value as a complete system rather than comparing it only to a basic freestanding gas grill.
