Upcoming Videos for July 2020
Posted by Michael Naqvi on
My schedule has been hectic lately for many reasons. I sometimes feel bad when I cannot set time aside to create content for my channel on a weekly basis. The truth is, it's a lot of work. It's fun, fulfilling and rewarding, but it's not always easy. I do my best to manage the schedule, but life has been sorta weird, especially lately.
Many of you that have followed me for a while know that I also am currently creating content for the El Yucateco Hot Sauce Youtube Channel in recent months. It's an honor and privilege to be working with a company who's products I've loved and enjoyed for over 20 years! I sometimes have to prioritize that over other things as I always believe in being true to my commitments in life. Plus, it's FUN to be creative and come up with recipes using their delicious sauces! Hey, since you're here and reading this, go head over to their channel and subscribe for me, will ya? Here's the link:

So, on to my plans for videos in July. I have a few cooks in mind but haven't quite narrowed them down yet and also have to be able to get my hands on the necessary ingredients which we all know has been kinda difficult lately (we need not discuss why lol). Regardless, I also love to do review videos and here's what's on tap for those:
- Lonestar Grillz 24x36 Offset Smoker (link)
- Pit Boss Griddle (link)
- Mass Griddle Comparison of Blackstone, Camp Chef, Pit Boss and Nexgrill
What say you? Do you like these ideas? I also want to do a video cook on the Lonestar ASAP. Time and weather have been my nemesis so far on this.
Think I'm gonna do Ribs to break it (the Lonestar) in and I also have an overnight cook planned for about a week from now for 4th of July weekend. My daughter's co-workers have had the benefit of getting leftovers from BBQ's we've had here and I've officially invited them over for a cookout. Being in my 40's, I don't always look forward to staying up all night for a cook but it's the best way to do it right and have everything ready on time. As most of you that do BBQ know, no two pieces of meat are the same. You just can't time it perfectly... it's not burgers and dogs lol.
Ok, just a short post/update for you here. Please comment below and let me know how you like this Blog and how you like the new Website. Any suggestions? I hope the order fulfillment gets sped up soon. It's due to you know what (again we need not discuss it) and it will change very soon I'm sure once things get back to normal stock levels. Thanks to those of you that have placed orders! I really appreciate the support!

Thanks for the YouTube videos and now your website…I was set and ready to purchase the Weber Pellet Grill and switched to the Camp Chef WiFi pellet Sydney they includes the sidekick….thanks for the honest review…look forward to supporting EverydayBBQ !
Mike, I love the web site and the blog. If I had a suggestion it would be, I like the reviews of the grills and I enjoy them, even though I don’t buy them. (cooking just for the two of us does not justify the cost). Anyway, I would love to see some comparisons of different products. I know you promote certain products, and I understand that, but some comparison products would be nice. I don’t always know where to get some of the products you talk about. I hope you get my drift here. Keep up the good work. Someday we will see you on the Pit competitions……
